Icons of Aptos, CA

Icons modeled after different aspects of Aptos, CA’s Seacliff Beach. The visitor’s center has tanks of small sea creatures and an iconic hexagonal shape. The cement boat, also known as the SS Palo Alto, is a permanent symbol of the beach. There are many species of wildlife, as well as their fossilized remains, that call the beach their home. It was important to me to be able to represent the many aspects of the beach in these simplified icons. Designed using Adobe Illustrator.
